Conner Howell

My name is Conner Howell and in 2014 I made a huge mistake.  I was a cyber bully who racially abused a stranger on the internet.  My words quickly went viral and overnight I was labeled as a racist.  I was ignorant of so many things, not the least of which, was how destructive hurtful words can be. If you want to stop reading now and write me off as who I was when I was 20, I cannot stop you and would not fault you. But, if you believe people can change, grow, and become more empathetic, I ask you to read on to learn about the road of repentance, grief, education, and focused action that I have been on for the last ~7 years.
